1. About Renvy

Renvy is an Egyptian technology company that sells premium pre-owned laptops and devices. References to “Renvy”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Renvy; “you” means the person using the website or placing an order.

2. Products and Descriptions

Our products are pre-owned. Each product page describes the device’s specifications and condition as accurately as we can. Minor signs of previous use that are consistent with the stated condition are not considered defects. Product images are for illustration and the device you receive may differ slightly in appearance while matching the stated specifications and condition.

3. Prices and Availability

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Prices and availability may change without notice. Most of our devices are available in limited quantities, so a product is only reserved for you once your order is confirmed. If we make a pricing or listing error, we’ll contact you before processing the order and you may cancel it.

4. Orders and Confirmation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it. We may contact you to confirm order details before shipping, and we may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if the information provided is incomplete or incorrect, or if we suspect misuse.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Your order is processed once payment or the applicable payment arrangement is confirmed.

6. Delivery

We deliver across Egypt. Delivery times, fees, and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Please check your device when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if anything doesn’t match your order.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

You can request a return within 14 days or an exchange within 30 days of receiving your device, subject to our conditions. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Warranty

Eligible purchases are covered by the Renvy warranty described in our Warranty Policy. The warranty is linked to the original order and does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

9. Your Account

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please make sure the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Intellectual Property

The Renvy name, logo, and website content belong to Renvy or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission. Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the products we sell.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Renvy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data. We recommend backing up your data before sending a device for return, exchange, or warranty service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable Egyptian consumer protection law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
