14-Day Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to Renvy’s return conditions.
If you’re returning the device simply because you changed your mind or no longer need it, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
30-Day Exchanges
Need a different device? You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to availability and Renvy’s exchange conditions.
For exchanges that are not related to a product issue, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
If There's a Problem
If your device arrives with a problem, is damaged, or doesn’t match the product description or your order, Renvy covers the return shipping cost.
